As a seasoned practitioner with over 3,500 coaching hours, Zelda combines sharp business acumen with a calm and supportive presence. Her academic foundation is equally robust and is anchored by an MBA as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from Henley Business School in the UK. This blend of real world leadership and academic rigour allows her to partner effectively with senior executives, emerging leaders, and non-profit organisations across 14 countries.
