With 27 years working experience in financial markets, investment banking, IT, media, education, consulting (both private and public sector) not for profit (NGO’s), I have both the insight and experience of the pressures, challenges, opportunities that leaders and team members are facing.
This understanding together with my academic and coaching qualifications gives me the insights that I need to help my clients navigate increasingly complex work and personal lives. I have a passion to motivate people going through ‘life events’ whilst studying and moving into a new norm of life-work-study balance. I love working with leaders to ultimately enhance team collaboration and organisational effectiveness.
I was a research partner for the All African Leaders Awards (AABLA) in partnership with CNBC Africa during 2017 and 2018. The AABLA™ awards distinguish and honour leaders who have contributed and shaped the African economy, and are visionaries behind today’s outstanding businesses. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital (Harvard Medical School), Project Management Institute (PMI), The International Coaches Register (ICR), the Association of MBA’s (AMBA) and Scrum Alliance (CSPO). I am a Patron of the Library of Professional Coaching and Founding Member of the 500 Club. I am also a member of the Henley Business School Mentor Programme (UK) assisting students who are currently completing postgraduate studies.
